A while back Jeep released video of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Trackhawk, but without performance specifications, the video didn't pack too much of a punch. Now that we know more about the Trackhawk, the sounds and pulls seen in the video hold more ground.
As you can see (and hear) below, the Grand Cherokee SRT Trackhawk is ready to conquer the track with a widened stance, improved intakes, and an aggressive aero kit. Each time the Trackhawk accelerates past the film car, you can hear the 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 whine and roar as the driver stomps on the gas.
The video also includes a fair amount of interior shots that highlight the race-inspired interior. The aggressive bucket seats, Trackhawk decals, and embroidering, and performance settings on the center cluster give potential customers a first-hand look at the mean machine.
Thanks to an all-wheel-drive drivetrain, the Trackhawk is able to launch to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 180 miles per hour. According to Jeep, the Trackhawk is able to sprint through the quarter mile in 11.6 seconds.
The standard power distribution for the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is 40/60 (front/rear) but can be adjusted to 30/70 for Sport mode and 50/50 for Winter mode
