Tony Stewart is obviously enjoying the retired life, based on his recent series of Twitter posts. The day after NASCAR Trucks raced at Eldora Speedway, Tony decided to get in on the action with his 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor.
Powered by the high-output 3.5-liter V-6 making 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft, the Ford F-150 Raptor can easily get sideways. After the first Twitter post, you can safely assume that Tony's Ford F-150 Raptor will pick up the necessary speed to drift away on the next lap...and sure enough, it did.
Tony then moved off the course and onto the back property of Eldora Speedway to do further scientific testing on the vehicle. As you can see in the videos, Tony seems to have thoroughly enjoyed the truck's capabilities and made several bold claims, one of which being, "Ford Performance built the most fun truck. Ever."
This goes to show that even though Tony is retired, he still has a few little tricks up his sleeve. Also, does this mean Tony is about to star in a Ford F-150 Raptor commercial? Man, we sure hope so.
